Indoor Air Quality

A growing body of research indicates that indoor air quality is often times significantly more polluted than the outdoor air in even the most industrialized cities. Given that people spend 90% or more of their time indoors due to today’s lifestyles, this presents a major health risk. And near industrialized areas, outdoor pollution can accumulate and magnify indoors.

Those exposed for longer periods of time are also usually those that can least afford any exposure… the young and elderly as well as those that are chronically (long-term) ill suffering from respiratory and/or heart disease.

Fortunately, there is something that can be done to avoid or minimize these risks and the first step is to know the current situation.

An Indoor Air Quality Inspection can tell you the current levels of asbestos, mold, bacterial, and fungal amplification as well as provide guidance as to the needed remedial approach.

Indoor Air Quality services include: testing for animal dander, dust mite and cockroach parts, indoor molds, infectious agents (bacteria or viruses), pollen, and other particulates.

Chemical Residue Testing services include: testing for the presence of chemical residues associated with the manufacture of both legal AND illegal substances such as methamphetamines (meth labs).
